This year's New Years Countdown Box is a joyous, creative, and comforting affair inspired by the Great British Bake-Off. We're aiming for a cheerful and light pastel-forward palette. The colors are designed for use in a single project!

Boxes will ship in time to be opened on the New Years countdown schedule. We expect this to be early December for domestic orders and late November for international orders. 

The full box includes:

🧁Five 20g minis and 1 full skein (need an add-on for your project? Check the other listings!)

🧁1 hand-dyed zipper project bag (10" x 7" x 3") 

🧁a few small mystery goodies (no food or scented items; all vegan!)

🧁Mystery countdown wrapping--open one a day starting December 26, and finish the box on New Year's Day!

The project bag will be hand-dyed in a coordinating palette to the box, and is constructed from Texas-grown organic cotton. 

The version of Severn Tencel Light Fingering included as minis in this box is slightly different! It is still 4-ply with the same gauge and yardage, but has a slightly tighter ply. It can be seamlessly integrated with our main full-skein version of this base.

Care Instructions

To keep finished objects looking their best, hand-wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Each skein is hand-washed thoroughly after dyeing, but please keep in mind that minimal bleeding or crocking can still occur on first wash. A prewash is recommended for projects using multiple colors, especially saturated colors.

As with all hand-dyed yarns, especially plant fibers, slight variations should be expected between batches and even within dye lots. We strongly advise purchasing all skeins for a project at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot. It is also best practice to alternate skeins as you work.
